The New Haven is a table defined by clarity of proportion and a restrained, architectural form. Its composition is deliberate—balanced through straight lines, subtle taper, and controlled mass.
Constructed in solid cherry, the material introduces warmth and depth while maintaining a refined, consistent surface. The structure is precise, allowing proportion and joinery to define the work. The top and apron are resolved with clean transitions, forming a quiet, uninterrupted elevation.
The form is adaptable in function, suited to dining, writing, or general use, with the option of a single drawer integrated without disrupting the overall composition. Each element remains disciplined, contributing to a table that reads as purposeful rather than decorative.
Built entirely by hand using traditional 18th-century joinery, The New Haven is suited to interiors where proportion, utility, and architectural presence are required.
